Update August 24th, 2021 

The B.C. government has announced it will once again require people to wear masks in public, indoor spaces throughout the province to combat the fourth wave of COVID-19.

As directed by provincial health officials, we now (as of August 25th) require all customers to wear a face mask when entering our stores & warehouses. Masks are also required to be worn in our yards where physical distancing cannot be maintained.

Update July 16th, 2021 

According to current provincial recommendations, masks are no longer required for those people who are fully immunized.

Masking is recommended in indoor public spaces for people 12 and older who are not fully immunized.

Effective November 16th, Masks are required inside our stores & warehouses.

Effective October 27, we encourage everyone to wear masks in our stores and yards.

We are committed to providing a safe & healthy environment for our employees and customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Currently, with the rising COVID cases in BC, we feel it is best to take our safety protocols further & promote the use of masks at our branches.

Dr. Bonnie Henry has not made masks mandatory provincially yet.  Therefore, we are not making it mandatory but rather we encourage you to wear a mask when visiting our store.  We hope that you will respect the health & safety of our staff and fellow customers and do your part.

Effective Monday, May 11th, our stores will be open to the public.

Effective Monday, May 11th we are opening both locations to the public with steps in place to ensure the health and safety of staff, customers and vendors.

Things will look a little different when you visit one of our locations.

  • Plexiglass has been installed at all customer-facing desks and counters.
  • We are sanitizing surfaces frequently and updated our in-store experience to support social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizing stations and signage have been provided throughout our stores.

The provincial government has deemed us an essential service. It is our responsibility to provide a high level of customer service to our customers while maintaining the safety of our staff. If you do not feel well, please do not come in. Instead, call us and we can arrange contact-less delivery.
